Digital Products

All products sold on K7Trade are digital virtual items intended for use within Roblox. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order.

  • The purchased item becomes unavailable before delivery.

  • A duplicate payment was made.

  • An order is cancelled before delivery.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

  • The customer entered an incorrect Roblox username.

  • The item has already been successfully delivered.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • Delivery is delayed due to Roblox outages, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • The customer violates Roblox's Terms of Use, resulting in restrictions affecting delivery.

Incorrect Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all information provided during checkout, including their Roblox username, is accurate. K7Trade is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

K7Trade reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability, or other circumstances deemed appropriate.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 12 hours.

However, delivery may take up to 48 hours due to supplier availability, Roblox platform issues, order volume, verification procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued solely because an order is still within the stated 48-hour delivery window.
