By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

K7Trade sells digital virtual items intended for use within Roblox. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Independent Store

K7Trade is an independent online store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation or the developers of any Roblox experience, including Grow a Garden 2.

All trademarks, game names, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide a valid Roblox username.

  • Ensure all checkout information is accurate.

  • Review their order before submitting payment.

K7Trade is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 12 hours.

Delivery may take up to 48 hours due to supplier availability, Roblox outages, platform maintenance, order volume, verification procedures, or other circumstances outside K7Trade's control.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers agree that an order is not considered late until more than 48 hours have passed since payment has been successfully received.

5. Availability

Products may occasionally become unavailable after purchase. If an order cannot be fulfilled, K7Trade may cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Right to Refuse Service

K7Trade reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or refund any order at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K7Trade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold on this website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases from K7Trade involve digital items intended for use within Roblox.

K7Trade is not responsible for:

  • Roblox server outages.

  • Account restrictions or bans.

  • Changes made by Roblox or game developers.

  • Removal or modification of virtual items by Roblox or game developers.

9. Fraud Prevention

Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or abuse may be cancelled without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

K7Trade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. By continuing to use K7Trade or place orders after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of K7Trade shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable New Zealand law.
